Now with more PC knowledge (thanks to a lot of you) I dusted off my PS4 pro and I noticed the PS4 probably the 5 too can change resolution up as high as the online gaming killing 4K resolution compared to the 720p or 1080p. Im only making this thread in case any console players out there never experimented with this to increase Frames per second on a PlayStation. Quick and smooth responses for PHG. Oh and if you hook up that PS to a display monitor I believe you’ll get the most power out of your Sony console at 1080p for online games like this.

I have my ps4 hooked up directly to my house modem so i dont really have any problems except the occasional SUPER LAG activation when the predator comes near me
And when he leaves area its fine again
If you want smoother gameplay on either PS4 pro or PS5 make sure you turn off your frame rate cap in the graphics settings. You can’t do it on normal PS4 sadly but if you have the PS4 pro or PS5 it works smooth as butter

I don’t know how it is on console, but on PC with a 1070Ti if you want 60FPS stable, you’ll need to play at 720P and lower your graphics
Then again, at 1440P with epic settings even a 3080 will struggle on this game. PS5 runs much better for some reason. I believe this game is optimized for console and was simply ported for PC.
If I had a PS4 and had the option to run at 720P, I’d go with that. I mean, that’s what I’m playing at right now to get decent and stable framerate. Looks horrible but at least works.

Yeah I have a base PS4 that I play on, and a PS5, and frankly the PS4 is cancer compared to the PS5 🤣 honestly the difference in gameplay is just like I’m a different player. On PS4 I’m like an ok Fireteam player who can occasionally get good matches against PC Elder Stalkers like here

But then when I’m on PS5 I can somehow do good shots like in this video:
And then when I play as Predator on normal PS4 I’m still pretty decent and kill premades and good known PC players, but when I’m on PS5 it’s just another level:

🤣lmao yeah I know what you mean man. To be fair the PS5 has a good capture system and its much easier to operate than the PS4. I just like to edit some good quality content.
I was just kidding about PS4 base, that console barely run this game.
I know what are you talking about, frame drops, frame lag, I play on a laptop so I experience those things often.
It was a whole another story when I played this game on my desktop PC. Frames matter, especially for fast paced games.
