Hey all! Has anyone experienced a problem where the PlayStation store won’t load? I have 100% internet connection with no problems. When I tested out my connection to the PlayStation server however, it’s giving me a message that says it’s having trouble and might be temporarily down (or something like that).
Any ideas? Could the release of the new COD game be causing an issue? My PS store hasn’t loaded since Friday.

Ohhh ok. Must be a wide spread issue then. 🧐
For some reason, I can access the store from my phone though, just not via the console. I expect they may resolve it over the next few days then.
Just checked, store working on my PS5.
Thanks. I just checked mine and it’s still down. When I check the status on my PlayStation Network connection I get an error message that says, “Cant Connect to the Server”. Then it goes on to say the server might be busy or down. 🤷🏼♂️
But oddly enough, I’m not having any problems playing games online.
Ok so I just figured it out…
I was getting the following error code when trying to analyze my connection to the PlayStation network:
WV-109144-9
I checked the PS5 and no updates were needed on anything.
My internet connection was working just fine.
My next step was to just straight up unplug the modem and let it reset. Well, it worked!!
It re-established a connection to the PS network and it’s back to normal.
So just in case anyone gets that error code. Try to unplug the modem, wait five minutes and plug it back in. 👍🏻
My Internet does something similar almost every weekend , just a quick reset usually solves the issue
