Leaping is a tragedy in this game. Constantly bouncing around on shit, getting stuck, or just getting launched vertically because some dumb shit little rock or something is right in front of me. Scout with long jump perk is especially bad. It totally ruins the game as predator. Plays you are trying to make simply get raped and you get lit up like a moron. PLEASE address this

Landing right in the middle of FT cause I’m bouncing off shit. Or trying to leap away but going straight up instead because of the tiny rock. Fuck!!! 🤬🤬🤬

Be aware of where u leap. Playing predator for first timers isnt easy. Create your own game and practice

Not first timer. Been playing since the beta. This happens regardless of how good you are. Often times you bounce off shit that isn’t even in your line of sight

Obviously the best way to address this issue is to make the Predator fall to the ground with a concussion if he hits his head on a tree branch during a leap.

They should add collision detection when leaping. Because the visuals are very distracting from the actual leap. Where it will tell you “the jump is fine”, but it’s not. And these bounces will absolutely cost you a game or two. Which is a gameplay handicap for the predator, because the gameplay hasn’t been finished/fixed.

Yes either Leap curve or avoid collisions when leaping needed. And camera should show more upwards to see where you are going

vision sucks anyways, most of time you hit your head its from being in vision mode, turn that shit off
I only run into this when I go for a retreat leap and it is an insta death almost every time. I do however love landing right by the FT completely still cause they have almost zero awerness if you and it can equal one hell of a surprise to clip some damage off the last guy and then a bounce out.

Yes lol. That shit drives me crazy. Especially when camera angle goes wonky and you can’t see where the leap icon is landing. They rushed this game too quickly. I like it a lot, prob because I’m a big pred fan , but they got lots of work to do before this game dies…
Leaps can be stop by invisible geometry and hitboxes. Sometimes you jump and you have nothing in front of you but the jump go vertical. Sometimes you try a long jump and you get blocked by a tree branch or even a millimeter of a leaf from a tree branch. It’ so boring and to this must be added the bug of when the predator falls from the tree from nowhere and when you are directed to a tree when you try to quick execute a ft close to a tree

Game is still unbalanced and should have been on ps4 only.
