Seriously id rather they introduce higher skill ceiling weapons like the bow and work with that & deal with people complaining about headshots rather than giving pred’s more melee weapons and then saying not to use them because melee isnt supposed to be able to combo anything :/
And devs pls stop asking preds to play stealthy if theyre going to take a quarter of their hp as punishment for standing still. Nothing to do here but bunnyhop currently.

Nah I made this post because I wanted to know how people can say fireteam is OP but still claim they win a majority of their matches as predator. Seems kind of contradictive.
Now I know the answer. Most fireteam players are potatoes. But once it gets to people who even just know how to play then it gets ridiculous.
Well some people just don’t want to admit they lost so they say FT op but I still won. Lol

Some people consider one or two claims on pred a win lol so that = “winning almost all my games as pred” also
Even if they clearly get zoned to shit the whole game while 1 FT is doing objectives.

Also I think, for what it’s worth, that the FT is just ever so slightly op because of certain weapons and perks. Honestly Thick skin+OWLF trained is more bonkers than anything right now. You are just a unit that can’t be stopped. Bane is nuts, and then you can argue some of the assault rifles have too much DPS. I think some slight changes would help fix this

Well that would explain it. Although the I’m pretty sure in the help section it says if just one escapes that’s a loss for the predator. 🤷♂️
At this point I’d consider just having fun as winning. But that’s almost impossible for both sides right now.
There’s a lot of factors for it. I’d say it’s the combination of every powerful thing they have. It’s like there’s very little drawbacks to the fireteam. Strong perks, what feels like limitless heals and second chances, strong weapons. Fireteam shouldn’t have everything of theirs be strong. It’s like the Devs forgot to add in cons to even out the pros when it comes to the fireteam for the most part.
some people also think if the predator bomb goes off the predator wins even if a FT survives when in the help section it implies it’s the tie condition
so like yeah you can mainain 100% winrate by just when 2nd wind is triggered run into a place FT can’t get to and detonate and technically you didn’t lose you just tied therefore 100% winrate

When the bomb goes off the only thing we win is maintaining the honor of the Yautja by not letting our tech fall into human hands.

yeah atm it’s just FT has such better equipment to work with which sucks when the predator only has 3-4 viable tools
the biggest advantage predator has is big pouch basically having like 4 hp bars + any pigs the FT allows the predator to eat of course the FT could take matters into their own hands at any time and just stop the predator from healing or they could just xtract since they get all the xtra time
i mean hell if you just kill one dude per medkit and trigger reinforce which means 1 guarentee’d uninterrupted pig Predator is looking pretty good right guys?
