Please fix Cross Play Invites via Epic! Devs, please read this. Dev reply only.

I bought this game with a group of 4 other friends, 2 PC and 2 PS4. I am one of the PS4 players. That being said, I also play Fortnite and I have an account that has been long synced with my PS4, Twitch, Etc…all linked to Epic. I have tried all methods to be able to see my friends but the closest I get to cross play is randoms when matchmaking. If I get onto Fortnite, my friends on PC can apparently see me online…however…once I play this game it tells them I am offline. I have spent over $70 on this game, purchased both the Dutch 2025 and Samurai pack and I am thoroughly disappointed at the fact that I cannot do something that was promised after beta. Is there any time frame? Is it being worked on?

I know this is a hot topic and you owe us an explanation. This isn’t the time to be pissing away money so let’s be real. I have no incentive to play now and I am pissed because I feel lied to. Epic and Fortnite do it just fine…as does Activision with Modern Warfare. What is the problem? What is this delay? Is the game just broken? Should I give up and count my loses? I need answers, this is very frustrating and I have been monitoring the forums for weeks with barely any mention of this from the Community and no attention from you folks here at Illfonic. Please reply, Developers. Give it to us straight so we can decide whether we want to play or not…you have our money already.

I like how you say only devs respond. That’s not how this works. Honestly I dont see what interest a fortnite player would have with a game like this. Isnt Apex more your speed?

No, if you read correctly…I am saying that Illfonic shat the bed on this and wasted my time with promises of cross play that never really was. I need to know when/if they ever plan to get their shit together.

Clearly, I was using FN as a reference as to how f’d up Illfonic’s attempt at cross play is. Fortnite (Epic Games, Illfonic is using Epic for their friending system) and COD (Activision, working a different system) also made it work used cross platform masterfully. Which goes back to the point and why I asked for Dev attention specifically. They have no one to call and I don’t use Twitter. So unless you have some clear answers and can provide some PROFESSIONAL FEEDBACK. Kindly keep your opinions inside, you clearly misinterpreted my meaning of the post or where I was going. Apex sucks ass BTW. Stick to forums that want your criticism. This post wasn’t just for me, countless Reddit posts are wondering the same. We need answers.

I think you sound entitled and like someone cares about your opinion. Clearly, this doesn’t bother you and therefore does not pertain to you. Fortnite was clearly not the point, it was this shitty, lying ass Predator game that promised something and never delivered. They owe it to us to give us hope or at least admit their failure.

I’m not too big on the br genre but Apex is definitely better than fortnite, because at least there its about shooting out with each other, not who can build the most walls like a bitch.

Congratulations you came to complain about something that a bunch of others have already pointed out.

And if you actually paid attention to the state of the game, youd know it would actually be better to remove crossplay, so they can optimize each version in a better manner, than they currently have been.

Predator hunting grounds on pc is a mess.
Kinda bad on ps4, but theres a shit ton of more problems on pc, according to a lot of pc players.

Furthermore, you would know that PC has the advantage (More FPS which enhances vision and reaction time) and a larger community, so you can find games with ease doing the exact opposite of what I am trying to achieve. If I turned off my cross play, I would take 15 minutes to get into a lobby. I’m going to screen shot your name for the next time I want to speak to an idiot with an opinion who just wants to be heard.

And you are not going to help anything happen in this game…which is why your comment and anyone else’s doesn’t really matter unless you work for Illfonic. This wasn’t for debate, I didn’t want YOUR feedback or any other consumer feedback. It’s pretty obvious this game is broken. They never promised a flawless game that would be “bug free”, they promised cross play invites post beta from PS to PC and vice versa…and that has not come to fruition. Despite your many problem that do not affect me, I was addressing a problem spanning across both platforms. Go find a hobby, my guy. You’re wasting my time.

Unlike you, I want the game to be fixed, improved, so it can succeed. Fixing crossplay invites wont help until everything else is fixed.
