Overall it still leans FT way. I think the primary difference is the skill level required to be effective at Pred vs FT.

To simplify, think of it as skill level 1 2 and 3. 1 being newb and 3 being top tier.

A Predator at tier 1 and 2 will lose easily to a team of 1s and 2s on the FT with one mistake.

A tier 3 pred will win most of those matches. Put them against tier 2 and 3 mixes. Pred wins drop but are still relatively good… Tier 3 FT wins majority of the time against any tier Pred and it’s easier to be tier 3 FT than it is to be tier 3 pred. So there’s more good to top tier FT than good to top tier Predators.

Balance should not be one sided thats how you make the balance the way it is now, one side should not have higher advantage over the other, Predator needs more ways to fight the indirectly and ft needs more ways to approach combat besides guns blazing, the moment one side becomes unreasonbly stronger than the other in asymm thats when balance becomes broken.

Edit: I totally thought this what the end goal for balance was not current my bad.

I say it’s FT sided at the top levels (premades) however it all still mainly depends on skill and experience. If you’re a skilled pred going up against potatoes you have a very high chance at winning vice versa with a skilled FT. If you have both a skilled pred and FT the FT has the advantage, not to say it’s impossible to win as pred but you have to put in more of an effort.

Very balanced for every loss i realized my mistake and ultimately had a CHANCE to win.

That is all balance is imo light has a chance to shine and so does darkness

Just had the realization that because there’s no ranking system everything is going to be one big chaotic embrace, I wonder how much orderly things would be at the end of the day with a placement system but that might just kill PHGs popularity

Now what to do with that thing called balance…

Complex Answer: Dont ask the question.Get Gud. Learn how the game mechanics work. Then tell people . Or dont’! Pretend to be a potato! Or complain about Hacks! Or complain about OP! …whatever.
