If a skilled, veteran fireteam…dont follow the objectives and decided to go after predator, Hunt him and kill him…does predator have any chances?

To win - survive whatever you want… The question is simple.

I think best case scenario Predator can get a few downs and effectively stalemate the team. MAYBE a kill.

Its very hard i believe, i faced 3 or 4 times fireteams that was so, sooo good they push me over, pressing me all together i was feel like fugitive you know…the only positive its that with opponents like them you are gettin better…improving…

As far as win the match, in the strictest definition of win as laid out by the game mechanics, not a very good chance as the FT can technically win if even one FT member escapes via chopper.

I know that the Predator could cheese it and self destruct them self far away from the FT, and again that is technically a Predator win by the game mechanics but that is not really a very exciting match.

As far as a chance to claim a head or two and/or survive, a Predator has a pretty good chance in my opinion.

If the FT does not do the mission objective they will lose even if its not a good predator. They will never find him on the map and if its a scout(even a hunter), they will never catch him anyway. Predator wins when the time expires…

Now if you meant that for some reason the predator is forced to attack the FT? He would probably lose since this is balanced around the FT having to engage NPCs and doing objective.

The actual answer to your poll OP - A skilled, veteran fireteam just juggles the objectives during downtime or after they force a disengagement. It takes one person 5 minutes to clear all the objectives solo while 3 spot the pred and can put out more than enough damage to cover one guy. There’s not a lot of reason to try to chase when you have your own win condition and the only obstacle in your way is braindead AI that die in two hits.

I dont think that you ever faced good fireteam that Hunt you like an animal or something, fireteam that dont give a shit about objectives and only goal is to destroy you.
