Please excuse my ignorance, but I imagine it can’t be too hard to implement either @IllFonic; surely it’s just a buffed AI running a set path around the map? It’s down to the players to make sure he survives.

Hey all, wondered if you cared to show your support or otherwise in a poll regarding this game mode idea.

Just one day left to vote if you haven’t already…

Protect the V.I.P game mode

  • A.I armed V.I.P (CIA perhaps?)

  • V.I.P has a massive amount of health.

  • FT have to escort and protect.

  • The V.I.P can be respawned once.

  • Gold diamond above V.I.P head instead of red one.

  • Predator has to kill the V.I.P.

  • 20 minutes.

@IllFonic I think this game mode fits into the movie narrative; similar to how Dillon was using Dutches team. In this mode, the CIA operative is seeking info on Predator and Stargazer and the FT are there to protect the agent from soldiers…until they have to fight off something even more terrifying.

Sounds fun, glad you think it should be a mode and not a mission type.

Yes defo think it should be it’s own game mode similar to counterstrikes version which it took the inspiration from.

I think it would be a great game mode that fits the movie narrative + like payload on Overwatch and Paladins for example, this would really encourage teamwork from FT.

Granted it would be more difficult for Predator, but that’s were cloak, bare traps and genuinely picking off the FT one by one will be important.

Would be cool to hear back from you about any thoughts you might have about this.
