possible plasma pistol change

So I dont really care if the plasma pistol stays as is or not I just wanted to throw this out there after reading another topic where some claimed it was OP.

Anyway I was thinking that maybe the pistol could start off with an energy reserve, it would be unlimited like it is now but as you fired more shots it would take longer and longer for it to regenerate its power or reload, sure you could still spam it but the price for that spam is the longer regeneration time.

I’d say it’s fine how it is. It doesn’t have the same explosion radius as the plasma caster. When people are constantly strafing it’s hard to get a clear hit or sting them at least. Especially from medium-close/close range.

Would be cool if pred be able to run during aiming and shooting with pistol
