Regarding the predator slam, and using the handheld plasma caster immediately after.
I guess being able to use the combi, netgun, bow and spear gun after slam is also by design.

That would stand to reason.
we’re talking about the animation cancel. yes, you’re able to use the pistol after slamming because (as backed by illfonic and common knowledge) the pistol doesn’t draw on energy reserves.
we’re talking about the ANIMATION CANCEL.

Well good, because you can do it with all of those. I tested it myself, you can cancel the animation with any weapon that does ADS.
They literally saw the videos, and they literally said it was by design, just like I said.

It doesn’t really cancel the animation so much, as you can’t move around while doing it. It’s not like the bug where you could.
