illfonic is stating you can use the HHPC after a slam because the energy is locked (you know how the energy bar after a slam is glowing) but the HHPC doesn’t use energy
but what you are talking about is not energy, but the fact that you can ADS after slam with the HHPC. You can’t ADS with any other weapon like the combi, which doesn’t use energy either. You can’t also use melee, which doesn’t consume energy either.
