I saw an amazing video earlier, a friend of mine was on Derailed against an Exile (Disciplined) using slam/pistol exploits. Managed to get them down to 2 players, then at exfil the Exile player got desperate and got violated horribly by the remaining player who still managed to get to the choppa despite the bullshit! GGs to that Sniper though ;)

You understand that when you see a ping value, that value is still delayed, right? Just like when people disconnect, crash, etc. but it takes a few seconds for the host to process and for you to see it. It is not instant.
The lag could be on either end, his or yours, but since you point out that you are almost always suffering from delayed actions, I would argue it seems you have some bad latency issues. Either you are on wifi, your router or your ISP is having issues.
I used to have a lot of lag issues with google fiber, which ironically gave me the lowest ping compared to Spectrum, but it was volatile and it would go up and down during gameplay. After I switched to spectrum, my ping, although higher, is much more stable.

Yep. Russians are so hard up for money, that they cheat for views and donations from people who don’t know any better. It’s no wonder that illfonic bans most of them & their ISPs, and they come here asking why their game doesn’t work anymore.
Here, I’ll explain the situation. You (UI-TACTICAL) and your russian friends think you can cheat your way into beating me. Not going to happen. We all know what ping is and how it effects gameplay. Good thing I looked at players’ pings a dozen times throughout the match with you two. Good thing I sent the vid to illfonic when I posted the video, along with how they can replicate that player’s exploited knife glitch. Nice try, but not really.
I should have posted the video where I told the predator about this, and the Predator + our whole FT (minus scarface) teamed up, and watched as he died. I even led the pred right to where scarface was hiding, as the pred was on-board with punking your friend. We all left shortly after scarface was killed horrifically. It was great.
