Just went up against a premade team of 4 lvl 999s and they spammed PDL like it’s a discothèque.
I guess the noob weapons make their way back, in the end. These guys had 3k+ hours each. Last time I used pdl was when I was week 1 playing as ft. It’s just a troll weapon at this point. Got 3 kills still but I could hardly see at night with all those blue rings.
That’s how every camp they went to, looked.

That’s exactly what the whole map looked like the last time I played against a certain PC premade a few months back.
The level of incompetence that Illfonic demonstrated by buffing the PDL of all things is quite amusing.
I’ve used PDL but even that looks excessive, I’ll hit a few trees if we are going to be hanging out for a long objective or place them around while waiting for chopper…not dump the entire clip hecking everywhere for giggles 💀
I also don’t use it anymore either unless I’m running a spot build but that is about as rare as me playing support—
The one time Splurge Coyote and Warrior-1673 don’t use PDLs, they camp in the HQ elevator room, and take the L. 🤭
Yeah the weather has been stormy the past few days. I’ll be uploading 3-4 today or tomorrow. It’s going to get a lot more interesting.
Going with bionic disciplined now. Full stealth and kill. Smart disc and combi spear. Long jump, long range and ascender. The ascender perk is just totally a goof, but it messes with the ft minds a lot, it seems. Using drones, decoys and med kits.

Remind me what’s the ascender perk? I never used it (for a good reason probably). Faster climbing?
Oh yeah. It’s freaky quick scaling up the trees. Everyone is used to the normal speed, but this puts you away from the battle instantly. And then you just jump quick across the branches if you want to. 50% is ranged with the disc, 50% is melee / striking with the combi. Still got knife battles though.

Also, now I remember why I never used it, it’s quicker to just look up and jump on the branch directly, you don’t have to waste perk points.
Do you have a Pirate Pred?
It’s a hybrid build, where half of the time I’m within 1 meter of all fireteam; running around them, spearing them over and over. The other half I’m weakening them or killing with the disk.
Yeah it’s not a great perk. Though if you’re not in an easy position to jump directly to a branch, you can get up there quick with a tree climb. It might even make it easier to jump directly from the ground to branches. Am not sure but it seems to give you better distance. Will have to test it more.

I don’t give 100% in every match. It would be very boring. It’s more fun to feel out a new team, and then kill them all in a single minute when you’re done.

So what you’re saying is you couldn’t do enough damage to stop him. That is part of the game my guy.
