We’re still busy with the first Elite championship.
However we have brainstormed over the rules for the next tourney. We haven’t tested these rules yet and we’d like a chance to get community feedback.

Biomask health: 200%
Predator damage: 170%
Reinforcements: 0
Predator bans:
Ghost

I don’t use Ghost, so my Main Pred should be good to go.
I my main FT is a Recon Sniper.
I can understand the FM ban, but why did you ban ghost spec? Melee is crap and additional damage is not gonna save it. There are much stronger specializations on the pred side, tactician and stalker for example. I do think that the current balance state is in an ok shape, for the most part(I still think it’s a little bit in ft favour).
P.s. I’m talking about the situation on pc.
Btw, I’m a Pc with controller. Would I be allowed to participate or not?

Pred damage buff is high. I’m pretty sure Stalker builds would be one shoting everyone then.
If you’re counting a FT win as dead pred and not disarm the mask buff might be okay. If you have to disarm then ban the protection perk.
Ghost is actually counterable. ACIGs and PDL negate it so I don’t see why it should be banned.
Ban multiple Field Medics, but 1 person running the specialization isn’t a problem at all.
That actually would make much more sense. I can deal with on Field Medic just fine.
I don’t know if the Valk Ban should be addressed after she got changed or if we should just go with it.
There’s an exploit with it so all melee attacks get the bonus (by spamming Cloak)
And here’s the thing that 30% damage boost is on top of a 70%.
You still leave yourself vulnerable, so it’s still bad, but it’s also not fun to play against. At least in theory. We still plan on extensive testing, this is just early thoughts.

Another thing you have to consider is double stacking supports. That adds a lot to the predator.

In fact the entire FT getting killed by the bomb is still a FT win.
The round is decided on Pred entering the bomb state.
Main reason for the Ghost ban is gameplay, not balance.

We wanted to keep it simple.
Besides even if one FM is acceptable, it’s just that, acceptable.
And you pretty much have to force target the guy running it.
The discord is how we get the teams together and organized.
So unfortunately no.
I’d rather rule around this then than raise it to levels where support is the only viable class. Just my mentality. It’s easier to limit fireteam to only one of each class allowed than make lower health classes such a liability.

Not necessarily, but even still that’s up to the Predator. Honestly anymore I consider the higher DPS runners a more priority target than the FM. I just don’t see it as being severe enough to warrant a total ban personally

Do all PS4 players use PS4 controller?
Or is it allowed one to use for example keyboard and mouse or some between models like Razer Tartarus v2 or that kind? In mine opinion that’s hacking.
And can this being regulated, supervised in anyway who’s using what?

Mouse and keyboard isn’t compatible for console, unfortunately. You’d need a mouse/keyboard adapter.

We’ve gotten multiple complaints about the tournament not representating the base game.
Support supremacy is apart of the base game.
Yes all PS4 players have to use a controller.
However we should have a PC tournament alongside this one so if you want to use a M&K on console you can sign up for PC.
We can’t directly monitor it, not even companies can do that.
But we can review footage and look at gameplay to try to catch hackers.
I disagree as I rarely see or run support class.
I’d actually like to see an open tournament. I’m sure some crossplay players can test and find match settings to compensate for PC advantage to make it even
