And how is that her fault that they did not know how to fight hand to hand? She knew how to use a hatchet in close quarters combat and they new how to fire rifles. Whatâs the saying âNever bring a knife to a gun fightâ but in this case she still came out on top cuz she used skill.

It doesnât take much skill to beat a musket. Do you know how inaccurate those things are? Let alone how long they take to reload. You might as well fight stormtroopers.
Granted, but against 5 or 6 big dudes all with rifles or pistols coming at her all at once where she had to knife, stab, using one of them as a human shield against incoming musket rounds etc. the whole thing still took skill to pull off.

oh I agree. It was still badass, and definitely took skill, but at the point where she was able to get her hands on them, they already spent their bullets, and without their guns, they are kinda useless, just as @ElderPreddy stated, they canât fight hand to hand . For the record, I am not trying to downplay her character, I think she was done very well.

Dude according to their logic Dutch isnât skilled. He had the rest of those hunky, buff, sweaty, shirtless MEN with him to help. Killing, sorry, MURDERING all those gurillea fighters? No skill required. Letâs not forget Dutchâs gun getting shot by the plasma gun that blew a hole the size of Minnesota in Blainâs chest but definitely stopped at Dutchâs gun instead of melting through it and into his stomach. Dues ex plasma gun donât work no more.

Also French colonist, any colonist, weâre awful. Their attempts at genocide, both culturally and racially, are horrific. In the movie though, we donât need to see it, and we donât see that. The trappers are being hunted, you can Google what it is they say in the movie. The big guy only takes Naru prisoner because âThe way she was running sheâs seen it too.â
Her âmurderingâ them is clearly in self-defense and takes great skill. Oh, and Dutch got the rest of his squad killed. If he had never told his team to stand and fight the Predator wouldâve obviously never hunted them down and killed them. Obviously Yautja donât hunt people unless the main character is involved.

The way I saw this movie was just a underdog type character overcoming an overwhelming enemy by using her abilities to adapt and outsmart the Pred by using her skills as a Comanche indian who so happens to be a girl.
