My brother preordered the game on his account. Now on my account I have only the dynamic theme. But I don’t have the mask, the minigun and neither the avatars. I’m on ps4.

It doesn’t work that way. The person that paid on their PSN account gets that content. So raging isn’t going to achieve anything.

Maybe it’s possible to share a Theme between multiple accounts. I can’t tell however, as I don’t own a PS4. It was just a thought.
But whatever it might be, the ingame Pre-Order stuff is locked to the account it was registrated on.
