pre-ordered the digital deluxe edition on pc

as you can see from the title, i pre-ordered the digital deluxe edition on pc but i didn’t get the digital deluxe content nor the pre order bonus which is pissing me off, imagine paying $20 more dollars to get the normal edition, that’s so stupid, did anyone get his content? or is it just me? pls reply and i tried to contact epic games via support, i can’t send them a ticket for some reason, it says (Something went wrong! Please reload and try again. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.), idk what to do, if someone got it pls let us know how to.

You’re the first person I see complaining about something like that… Did you took a good look? Do you have the option to turn on the Double Exp on the right top of the menu?

yea i only got the double xp, 5 lockers and the comic, literally nothing else.

i tried to send a ticket to epic games via phone and it worked, don’t know why it didn’t work on my pc that’s weird

did you check your weapons? because the deluxe edition is only what you have listed + some epic exclusive skins which you can find at all your weapons.
it’s lacking for 20 bucks

i checked everything, predator 87 (locked), ole painless minigun (locked), early access to minigun (locked), epic games theme for predator and fireteam (all locked), 2 wapons skins (locked), i only got the double xp, comic and the 5 lockers.

someone told me that installing the game in C/Program Files, will give you the access to the digital deluxe edition and pre order bonus content but i doubt that will work, if you wanna try it.
