Have you tried deleting that entire folder?
I know it’s drastic, but maybe deleting the whole folder will solve the problem. These are just launcher files that will be reinstalled when you reinstall the launcher.

Thats what im trying anything that has Anything to do with Epicgames or Predator hunting grounds i dumped and redownloading testing the results atm ( download is at 38%)

Everything even vaguely related to Hunting Grounds or Epic, as far as I’m aware, has been purged.

Try deleting all folders, Epic and its contents.

I did that i also dumped all easy anti cheat files and folders

Did all that. Only thing I didn’t purge was EAC. Let’s hope that’s the difference.

As I say the problem must be in the launcher files or folders on their computers.

If it was something else directly they would not be able to access the content either on their computers or on any other computer.

It has to be some sort of weird error on a verification level of things. I can’t figure out what it could possibly be otherwise.

That’s why Epic support informed me that the pre-purchase bonus content was activated for Sammy’s account.
I also assume that you have activated and validated Parz1vol

thats not ture at all it can be anything EAC could block it as EAC could see it as a cheat. so resetting is worth a shot

I’m not sure, if that’s how it says about EAC nobody would have access to that content if it’s considered a cheat or false-positive.

Unless EAC is registering the fact that we did not but should have the content as a bad edit of some kind. I’d be surprised, but at this point I’m desperate.

Sammy, I don’t think it’s in the system. I mean, I was activated by the content and I was able to access it without any problems.
Parz1vol had it active (I think) but on his computer it was not detected and on another computer it was.
And you were activated by Sammy and you couldn’t access it from your own computer, but a friend of yours could see the content with his account on another computer.
