OK I think the pred damage resistance bug is definitely noticeable. That’s great. Well done. I also think any class with modified reserve combined with the decrease in energy cost for full charge PC shots makes pred a ranged power house now. Also well done.
But it does seem caster from the trees is the main, maybe only viable tactic right now. I think pred desperately needs more gear.

I agree. Predator does need more long range gear. as well as more traps and such.
Only two quick matches with randos against 2 PC preds that were NOT interested in “playing with their food”.
For some reason both matches the fourth player dropped and melee was not a problem.
Pred needs more stuff all around.

Long Range weapons are very much in need right now, there are 3? And only 2 are mostly bug free and only one is Truly Viable because EVERY PRED HAS IT. They could add set path shurikens that you cannot pilot, the spear gun sniper from the avp days, different arrow heads with new status effects, even just the ability to throw my melee weapon when I see fit would be a welcome addition. While I do appreciate the PC buff as well as the energy Modification. What we need is the ability to BUILD our preds to Our specifications, the rising and falling of damage values and reduction values wouldn’t be as needed if a Pred could just utilize all of his perk points instead of being forced into a 3 slot limitation, just this small change would create a vast amount of diversity to the Predator side and offset the insane potential damage the FT has.

I want to use predator drone falconer uses, and wrist blade launcher Mr. Black uses, but I can pick up my Blades, and if it lands it does the same damage as a fully charged bow shot to the head. Can’t be destroyed either like the combistick

That actually brings up a really good question. What the fuck ARE they looking at to figure out balance changes??
If I could get a response from the devs and have a conversation I’d really make the balance perfect there’s no way it should be this way unless half of them r mentally challenged and can’t comprehend a game
