pred or ft?

If they added a hunt with bigger longer and more complex missions, what side would you rather play?

  • Pred.
  • Ft.

So this is too see if they added a pred team up mode to see if the ques would be that bad.

I know quite a few people who prefer ft and with them having more ppl on their team I think they’d be more interested in having a huge group.

Not only that, more ft, the harder it will be.
So I think only a few will actually wanna go up against that, even with back up.

Aa for me I’d go pred but would occasionally go ft if ppl wanted me to join them.

Hopefully that gauntlet mode is this a 2v8 or 3v12 mode, just hope they don’t pull another clash.

I love the hunting aspect of the game, so I’ll mostly play predator no matter what. I mainly play Fireteam to have fun with friends or complete challenges.

I was playing FT just as much as Predator before the last patch because it was actually a lot of fun. Fixing the stupid FT abilities paired with better missions and better AI would really help. I would play them equally probably.

Would like to play both. But it would only be fun if the pred took the extra time to stalk the FT and pick them off. Would not be good if the pred just tried to end it quickly. If you were looking at about a 30 minute mission it would also be interesting to have 6 FT but with less heals or maybe even one stim each but with one team member being a medic who applies bandages etc and the healing takes place over 5 minutes.

You’d also need maps to be huge. Like minimum 3 times current size. So forget it.

So in the new hunt 2.0 give the pred a stalk timer. He can get within 20 meters while invisible, no clicking no sound from vision being switched over. But the pred cant attack but the ft can attack him or her of they see them. Quite footsteps. Quite leaps. All that jazz. Maybe 2 or 3 mins. Then after that the pred starts to click and be heard. Make it like the movie the ft is unaware of what is stalking them then they start to notice after being in the jungle for sometime. So maybe

Too many rules there imo.

More pred silence yes.

Leave cloak the same. The extra mission length lets the pred get ahead of the FT (who will have a speed nerf) so he can set up an ambush.

I like the idea of no click sounds for about 2 mins as an ability like target isolation with a cool down of about another 2 or 3 minutes.

Hm.
I think removing target isolation and a bigger map would help a bit. Like I told James, with that much fire power I cant imagine it being easy for pred.

Apparently they shadow buff Hunters health from 1200 to 1300 according to Kame.
