not going to happen. Even The Predator was seomwhat family fiendly but it didnt have much of an agenda. At the same time…did Alien or any in the Alien series? Did the prequel to the thing have an agenda?

Any series of movies which goes past 3 tends to get stale unless they’re done as reboots.
Im down for it. There might be a few culture norms cringe moments, but it could still be a good action flick otherwise.
For the viewer, the mystery element of the first movie is gone so theres no way to get that back one it’s out of the bottle. Dutch’s team was the other big appeal and it’s not clear what friendships the protagonist will have beside her bro so it may be lacking in that department.
The setting and overall cinematography can be great. Actions scenes as well.
Hopefully the characters and acting will be more serious than in The Predator.
I’d love for this to be a good movie to prove all the way too early nay-sayers wrong.

It’s not gonna be bad because of that alone. It’s just gonna be bad for the sake of being bad. I 100% personally guarantee it’s dog shit. Nobody seems to understand this extremely basic franchise. The best representation of a predator since the second film was literally the one nether realm put in MKX. Kinda sad that mortal Kombat got a predators characteristics and atmosphere better than actual films and games entirely based on the franchise.

Very much hoping we get a new Disney Princess out of it, make her dangerous enough, the naysayers will end up going and seeing it anyway. It all depends on whether or not, they go all in on showing us the Predator through the second half or not.
I’m still interested in it, I think it has an ok chance of being decent. The lead actress had better go through some serious fight choreography training before they film it though, she’s too stiff in the only fight scene I’ve seen her in.

Fugitive has some elements that I like, but overall… he’s worse than City Hunter. I hate City Hunter’s mask. He looks like he’s wearing a bedpan. The armor is cool though.
Probably somewhere between 4 and 5 on imdb…
Fortnite did the Pred better than anything we got in the last 10 years tbh
