The people that “pre ordered” the game get the exclusive '87 skin regardless if they didn’t pay more for it or not.
illfonic rewarded those who took liberty in taking the opportunity of acknowledging the game before it’s release date and those who put down their $5 got just that, and those who didn’t don’t.
Simple as that.
Seriously man the pre order was available for a good amount of time.
How can you come up with excuses as why you couldn’t just log in a purchase something on the store. It takes less than 5 minz to do. How can you fuck that up… what’s the point of EXCLUSIVE pre order if they just give it away.
Blame yourself for procrastinating on something that doesn’t take time away to buy… shit you could have ordered it over your smart phone while at work.
Don’t play the blame game when you should have taken the bite if you knew you were going to buy the game anyway . Be greatful u can still obtain the mask.

And the fact that you just needed to put $5 down to pre order the game and when it came out you just paid the remaining balance, should have given you more incentive to do it because it was “FREE”

Email 2: You must’ve ordered it day of… shows receipt date closes ticket
Email 3: We can’t help so here’s the dev’s website
Shame man, I’ve heard of people having this issue on PSN. But PSN actually fixed it for them, sorry Epic sucks dick at customer service…
