Predator audio/chatwheel and Fireteam Audio/Chatwheel / VO still not working

From bad to worse

Fireteam chat and spot function not working properly at all in private matches -left wheel functions still fail to register and spot not functional at all

Spot works less reliably and stops working altogether after a firefight/village encounter

Faces 2 and 4 still problematic with VO. Faces 1 and 3 more broken after patch

They fixed some bindings in patch 3.10 and that threw some controls off. My bindings were not working correctly after updating to 3.10, but I was able to fix it by updating my custom bindings. Updating custom bindings or resetting them to default may the issue.
