Dek is emotional the whole movie because his father sent his brother to kill him and died in his place not to mention isn’t considered a Yautja at all and is told he never will be anything more than a shameful disappointment
Unfortunately there were no subtitles on the rip. RIP. Had to make them up for the characters as the movie progressed. Maybe that’s why I enjoyed it.

Well wristblades are present since the first scene of the movie. The ones in the frame here are done by Dek with the blade-glass he finds on Genna. Pretty cool detail if you ask me.
Btw watching it in theater was spectacular, saw it twice at the moment.

Watched it on my 65" UHDR 4K TV and the only good things I saw were the design of the Diks father, the ships, some cool alien creatures/fauna, cool looking Powerloader but fuck off with that scene because it’s a cheap version and an insult to one of the baddest moments in movie history (Ripley fighting Alien Queen for those with no taste, did it better and should never have been copied). Everything else was either member-berries or an episode of 90210 with a Predator skinsuit.
It sucked ass. Predator in name only. Trashenberg needs to stay TF away from the franchise from here on out.
