Predator battle damage feedback

Hey guys,

I’m wondering what your thoughts are on the 1.08 predator battle damage.

I think they could tone down the hair blood. Once you get past half health all the hair goes green i’m not a fan though it is a nit pick to be sure. I’m the type to worry about hair blood management.

The blood spatter is always the same its a static texture that gets applied as damage is taken. A dynamic blood spatter system would be really cool and maybe add some to the leg area.

I agree, it definitely needs a tone down on the hair and also the mask. I think it looks stupid af!

Felt like blood on the pred was more accurate to his hp before the patch.

And it looks stupid on the armored parts. Like plastered all over his mask especially. I feel you.

ya im not sure if it was done for visibility. i think blood on the character model, legs, arms and abdomen would look best and not get in the way of also feeling like iconic predator. why is the armor practically the only thing with blood on it, should it not be the other way around?

It does look a little silly with just the hair bleeding when most everything else is fine. Taking damage and looking cool is awesome! taking damage and looking silly is not awesome!

Blood on the legs/chest/back/abdomen would be fine for visibility imo. Looks so silly on the mask and all over the dreads.

Currently looks like he’s been shot with paintballs. Wouldn’t be a very time consuming fix either.
I also feel like that’s too much blood for 50% hp.

I mean, if you wanna talk about accuracy, then yea, the hair would bleed, but it does sometimes look like he’s a glowstick, not sure how they would tinker with it too much.

ya but it seems like the hair takes most of the damage even at half health. i would reduce it or revert it to pre 1.08. yes it reminded me of glowsticks too XD
