Unsure if this has been mentioned by anyone else in the community but definitely will need a hotfix.
This glitch used to happen almost all the time, now it is more infrequent, but when downing the Predator whilst the Helicopter has arrived for exfil, the new objective to save the body doesn’t become the Primary objective. Because of this, when the helicopter leaves there is a chance that the game ends instead of the new objective taking priority.
Has happened on and off since the most recent patch, so can’t quite tell what is causing it to work sometimes but not the rest.
