He can’t block or parry incoming attacks either

I guess he’s of the belief that the best defense is a good offense

I consistently have shot a plasma caster shot to ‘re-enable’ sprinting. Give that a try to see if it helps out the next time you run into that nice little bug :)

It helps but not in the middle of the fight, it slows you down while FT melt your ass

The combi sprint bug can be countered.
I tried it with my Huntress yesterday. Threw the combi couldn’t run, switched to bow and shot an arrow was able to run again.
This probably can be done with other weapons too.
Though since I use the combi as a melee weapon I probably won’t encounter it again.

Your an PC like me if I remember correctly.
It works for me I don’t know if it does help that I play with an controller or if I just don’t experience that many game breaking bugs.

had same isseu here when i crouched couldnt stand up or run annymore …nothing helped so the ft just wiped me out in no time by that thanks illfonic

Selecting Shoulder Caster and firing a quick blast undoes the sprint block, but as someone already mentioned it’s not practical during an intense engagement.

Only safe weapons right now are plasma caster, plasma pistol, and elder sword.
