Is it me or is the cloak pretty useless? I can stand right next to an NPC, and he can’t see me, yet when I move a milimeter in the general direction of the FT, I light up like a Christmas tree… 🤔
Makes the stealth aspect pretty much useless…

If you stand perfectly still in stealth the AI wont detect you but the Fire Team can always see you while cloaked whether you’re standing still or not.

Even in the movie while predator used it’s cloak, u could still see it.
Noise and green blood trails also give you away in the game. It looks cool in my opinion and works when used correctly.

What do u mean? The cloak feature works just fine. I’m not sure I understand the question.
If you can be seen by the fire team while cloaked how is it useful
I think the cloak should make us 100% invisible at a specific distance

Gotcha. Again, the predator wasn’t 100% invisible in the original movie. Why would they make that the case in a game that was created based off that movie?

Exactly! It seems at the moment, gameplay is clearly in favour of the Fire Team… Don’t get me wrong, I know the Predator isn’t meant to be invincible, but at the moment, it seems very underpowered.
Even the ranged weapons aren’t effective against an enemy that doesn’t stay still. 🤔

Yes the Predator is to weak
You have to crouch while cloaked and stay still and keep your heat vision of to be completely invisible to the fireteam if you can utilize this knowledge correctly you can stalk the fireteam members and try to pick them off just wait for opportunities study your prey every fireteam member plays differently some will run off alone which is the perfect opportunity to strike and take one don’t rush in take your time
Question if cloak made predator 100% invisible at long range even while moving then what would the point of sniper rifles be in the game?
you are 100% invisible if you stand still for some time (seconds) - not sure if you have to be crouched or not. need to test it.
And by still it means not moving at all. not even a quick turn or shuffle. dead still.
Dont use Thermal Vision if you are close they will see the eyes.

You can’t be true to the movies and have a balanced game at the same time.
Same way as you can’t balance call of duty based on actual combat situations.
It’s not possible because you keep telling yourself that if I can sneak around in the trees right above the fireteam and not get spotted then so can you but everyone has to find there own way of playing so find what works for you man

The fireteam see me every time, okey im directly above of the fireteams but the biggest problem is the damage, the fire team see me in the trees and shoot me and i (the Predator) get more damage than I can make damage at the fireteams
