Predator comics.

So I officially started my Predator Comics collection tonight, grabbing these two beauties. Both of which are collections. The Essentials Vol 1 contains Concrete Jungle/Cold War/Dark River/Predator 2. Fire and Stone is a collection of all 4 releases in the issue. Can’t wait to get reading, and super happy that I work in a book warehouse where there are many more. Any recommendations for my next grab?

I figured the essentials was a good one to start with, as it’s got the very originals from the late 80’s, early 90’s. There is another essential collections that I was looking at but it was AvP, and I figured I wanted the solo Pred ones first.

I just got these two hard-cover gems.!

AVP collection Hardcover and Predator first three comics in hardcopy. Beautiful volumes I must say.

I love those covers. I believe the Predator one you have is the same one as mine, it’s just a different release issue because of the anniversary addition. I’ve looked for that one at my work, but it’s been out of stock for some time. I was lucky seeing these ones pass by when I did. That avp one is again, I believe the same one as I saw, but anniversary edition.

Nice snag! The series with Dutch’s brother is solid, especially Concrete Jungle, which is one of my favorites. Highly recommend Predator: Bad Blood - that run is excellent and the artist’s work in there is great. Also, Big Game is pretty good, too - the series ‘Hunters’ (there are three runs of it) is decent as well and includes characters from Bad Blood and Big Game to have some nice, cohesive additions to the universe.

The Predator 30th anniversary hardcover is still available at barnes and nobles.com. It is overpriced used on Amazon.
