Predator controlls config. guide PS4

Hi guys, so I’ve been in the lab today and after some testing, I think I’ve found the perfect configuration for the Predators controlls on the PS4 Controller and I’d like to share it with you guys.

This controlls will provide you a great advantage on the field because you’ll be able to switch weapons way faster since you wont have to select them from the weapons menu. It will also get rid of some annoying things here and there and will provide you a way better experience.

It goes like this:

  • Weapon 2 = Triangle
This will be the first weapon you equip on your build, in my case it’s the Combistick.

  • Weapon 3 = Square
This will be the second weapon you equip on your build, in my case it’s the Net Gun.

(Now you can switch really fast between this 2 weapons in combat, which will allow you to rush your enemies way easier.)

  • Weapon 1 = Up on the D-Pad
This will be your plasma caster, which will also allow you to melee with your wrist blades and be able to do the 2 tap wrist blade into plasma combo.

  • Interact = Left on the D-Pad
Since It is only used to finish an enemy I feel like It can be in a “It could be better” spot. Just remember It whenever you are gonna get the kill.

  • Cloak = R3
We all use the Cloak very often, so I thought it deserved a spot that was easy to click on.

  • Vision = L1
Same as Cloak, used very often, deserves a good spot.

  • Weapons Menu = Down on the D-Pad
You wont need it as much anymore, only when you switch to your Bear Traps, Decoys… Equipement in general, but no weapons.

You can leave all the other controlls untouched.

Hope you guys find this helpfull, and of course if you can improve It in anyway, feel free to comment on how would you do it.

Enjoy your hunt.

I’m gonna take the interact on left, I really like that. Other than that I like the standard setup with some similar adjustments (this is before the adjustment you’ve inspired me to make);

Up: Plasma Caster
Left: Weapon 2
Right: Weapon 3
Down: Target Isolation
R3: Vision

Question though, where do you bind Sprint?

Some trouble I’ve now noticed with interact on left is that I’m usually moving and need access to my left thumb more than my right when I need to claim someone or something.

Yh, I too tried that setup but I feel more confortable with mine, but I just posted mine to give people a basic idea on the controlls.

I allways use sprint on the L3

I hear that, but I’m already breaking like… 20 unspoken internet rules by not calling you dumb and bad, so I at least have to seriously critique your setup.

Oh haha I misread your original post.
