Predator Crosshair RED DOT appears while weapon armed
The only Predator weapon with a persistent reticle is the bow I believe.
I reverse that and ask for a persistent bow like reticle for all Predator ranged weapons.

It exists while Plasma Cannon is armed…nuff said.
Pretty certain it does not, at least on PC. Are you maybe on console or have one of those monitors that have the option for that?

I do not equip that enough, when I do it is to play peek a boo so honestly I may have never noticed. I will check on PC.
Equip what? Plasma Caster? Bow? Its pretty much there for you to arm…all the time. Excuse me if I sound sarcastic but …an exploit is a fuckin exploit. Some say it’s a ‘trainer’ or ‘training wheels’.
I can say on PC I have only ever noticed the reticle for bow and have often wished the other weapons had it.
I usually alternate between plasma pistol and net gun and they do not have it.
Oh, i’m sure net gun has it. For all the right- left mouse click combo exploits. You didn’t know that you coudl do this? Its like a flick click Right/Left mouse click when your aim trigger doesn’t need to be held. Its tap tap and you nailed it. Because the aim dot is already there.
You understand what i’m saying? The flick of tap tap. middle finger- index finger one after the other.
Right mouse click doesn’t need to be held at all- so its a tap.
Left moue click-is the other tap.
There fore the motion is almost instant.
You just need to have that pre-existing red dot to be centered on your target.
You know, nobodies readin this thread, but it is the easiest game exploit that is exclusive to the Predator build.
Only Predator PC players are doing it… I figured it out. and ive seen countless PC predator players doing it. And I can do it myself, i just don’t spend that much time on the Predator gameplay.
You can see it done while playing as FT because- Predator jumps down…you don’t see him aiming for more than the aniimation takes to raise his arm up to point the Netgun, and the spray of the net happens instantly.
Therefore…he is obviously NOT using the aim function- its just exists for vanity …he uses the tap -tap motion while using the red dot aim as his ‘true’ aim.
I know about the tap tap as you call it, you basically tap the aim and fire buttons at the same time but the aim button a fraction of a second sooner.
I know of it, and I use this. I call it a “snap shot.” This is how why I am for adding a persistent reticle (like the bow) for all Predator ranged weapons.
It is one of the reasons why the bow is superior to the other ranged weapons in my opinion. Snap shots are easier to pull off with a reticle.
I also just confirmed that on PC, there is no reticle for plasma cannon, pistol, or net gun until aim is held. So it looks like the reticle for plasma cannon you show is on for console only? Interesting.

Ill test it out myself for other weapons. But either way…thats the awesome benefit to playing as Predator. Wish to play this out myself because it so useful. If it were on FT side of things for aiming guns…it would suck entirely. But again, i’m just seeing if anyone else things this is the sure fire way to aim and confirming if this is part of the ecosystem of tools. Otherwise, ppl would get pissed off at the sight of it.

Here is how it looks on PC with Plasma Cannon, Plasma Pistol, Net Gun, and I threw in Motion Detectors for good measure.
As you can hopefully see, there is no red dot/reticle for any of these weapons until the aim button is pressed.
I wish there was a red dot/reticle for these, it would make life a lot easier. Regardless, these weapons can be “snap shot” but you just have to do it without the benefit of the reticle. At least on PC.
How are you getting the red dot in this video? Is that an option/default on PS4?
That dot only showed up with bow equipped on ps4, I tested it out. So idk how he got it with the pc tbh.
Well his YouTube says PS4/XBoX/PC so not sure if he is using PS4 or if he is using a controller on a PC to get the console icons?
There are PC monitors you can buy that have a cross hair you can toggle on, and I have heard of folks using tape/dry erase markers to literally draw a cross hair on the screen.
But it is still unclear to me exactly what his frustration is with.
