Hi all, there are some my suggestion for how to improve Predator gameplay, that allow to correct most terrible Predator’s things in this game in my opinion:
1- Predator Sounds:
a- Sounds of clicks and whispers should not indicate the exact location of the position of the Predator.
b- During sneaking, remove all sounds made (clicks, hissing and steps).
c- Take quieter steps during normal walking and moving around trees.
d- Leave loud steps only during the sprint (fast run).
e- Sounds when choosing equipment, weapons, devices, etc. should be heard by the enemy only at a very close distance (a couple of steps from you).
f- Traps, Traps, Motion sensors, Mines should not emit any sounds and should not have any visual effects visible to the enemy.
g- The enemy must / can hear the sound of the Smart Disk during the flight only at a distance of about 5-8 meters from it.
h- Sounds from melee strikes should not be so loud.
2- Attacks:
a- Reduce the time of the “Finishing / Take Trophy” animation. Finishing players / enemies should last no more than 1 second. (At the moment, the Predator kills its prey for a very long time and during this time FireTeam manages to kill it)
b- Add the option of silent killing if you crept behind the enemy.
c- Predator melee strikes should not be blocked by the enemy with a knife. (at the moment, FireTeam can block Predator melee attacks with its knife - this is complete ridiculous nonsense).
d- The predator must be able to block enemy melee attacks.
e- The Predator’s weapon menu should have the shape of a “circle” like FireTeam - it’s much easier to navigate and select the right weapon at the right time.
f- Add the ability to change weapons during jumps, sprints and while in battle.
g- Add the ability to select weapons using the keyboard and mouse keys.
3- Health recovery:
a- The enemy should not see the white glowing effect from the “Second Breath” during the critical state of health of the Predator.
b- The predator must have the ability to strike during its “Second Breath” until his death.
c- The rate of activation of the restoration of the health of the Predator should be much faster.
4- Movement:
a- Add the ability to disable the automatic jump from branch to branch.
b- Improve the ability to jump directly onto a tree branch without the need to climb on its trunk.
c- Add the ability to linger on a tree trunk during the transition from branch to branch. (This will add the ability to hide from shots while moving through trees).
d- The predator should automatically step over / overcome / climb over obstacles of small height (for example: stones, ledges of rocks, boards, small boxes, lying tree trunks, etc.)
5- Speed of movement.
a- The predator must have the highest movement speed in this game (except for the helicopter: D)
b- None of FireTeam should be able to catch up with the Predator, especially during its “Second Breath”. (Now in this game, the Scout class from FireTeam can easily catch up with the Predator - this is complete nonsense).
c- The boar / pig should not run away from the Predator so quickly.
6- Energy Resource:
a- Reduce power consumption by “Invisibility Mode”.
b- Remove energy consumption for the use of infrared vision (Imager).
c- Add power consumption to “Target Detection Mode”.
7- Predator Position:
a- No one is able to “Mark” a Predator and then see it through walls, trees, rocks, etc. Even Jesus Christ should not be able to do this. This is complete nonsense, the Predators themselves cannot see their prey through the walls, but the “Super Soldiers” from FireTeam blink it, what kind of nonsense ?!
- Classes.
a. Berserk.
The amount of equipment should be minimal - the smallest of all classes, because berserker has the highest level of HP, then it should be a tank in this game. His main tactic is melee, to hit the enemy directly in the forehead, immediately attack all 4 players. For this reason, he does not need additional equipment, enough of the main weapon.
b. Scout.
The Scout should be the fastest and most inconspicuous opponent in the game, his movement speed is very fast, his jumps are the longest, his stamina is the highest of all Predators, but he has the lowest level of HP. His tactics are traps, ambushes and the use of long-range weapons. The main task is to divide the squad and finish off all one by one. For this reason, the Scout must have the largest amount of equipment from the milestones of predators. All his tactics are ranged tactics.
c. Hunter.
The hunter is the middle between the Scout and Berserker - the balance, if you have not decided on your tactics of the game. Elementary class. Accordingly, the average amount of equipment.
