Predator Gameplay Improvement

  1. Changing weapons in mid air
    FT can do it, so why preds can’t? I think preds could changing their weapons while they performing a jump or Leap, by pressing the key mappings like ‘weapon 1\2’.

  2. Melee attack in mid air
    Again FT can do it. They can stab widda knife in mid air, and they can shot in mid air. Preds could perform at least melee attack in mid air by pressing the ‘melee’ button which for now is completely useless. While pred jumping he could slash his prey that standing on higher level and\or performing landing slash attack (after jumping or leaping) with melee button.

  3. Using primary weapon and shoulder mount plasma caster at the sametime.

For example you are running with Combistick as your primary weapon. How you can use it with your plasma caster at the same time? Very simple. Predators don’t need to choose shoulder plasmagun as primary weapon through the weapon wheel, they can have it all the time. To shot plasma just do it as always: RMB and press fire. To perform combistick combo you pressing the ‘fire’ button, and to throw it you pressing and holding the ‘melee’ button and then fire. That’s all. If you got melee weapon with secondary fire attack function then you just pressing the ‘melee’ button to perform it (sec.fire att.), or ‘fire’ button to make combo, and when you need to shot plasma you just do it with RMB and ‘fire’ button. If you running with Netgun, it’s should work the same. For plasma shot pressing the RMB and ‘fire’, for throwing a net pressing the ‘melee’ and ‘fire’, and for wristblades combo pressing ‘fire’. The same thing widda plasma pistol and bow. And if we had a key mapping like ‘melee 2’ we could use all three weapons at the sametime. For example you have Sickle as primary (in right hand) and Netgun as secondary (in left hand). To perform sikcle combo pressing the ‘fire’ button, to throw a net pressing the ‘melee 2’ and then ‘fire’; and for plasma shot pressing the RMB and ‘fire’.

Change weapon mid air would be an easy and welcome fix

I don’t see the benefit of meleeing mid air

Using the PC with another weapon out would only reasonable if there was a delay but even then its a bit to much, if I had the ability to do that I’d would tear through everyone!

Yes, fighting against constantly jumping melee Bob predators sounds like tons of fun.

The only way to we technically melee in the air is by slamming with melee weapon

Why don’t we just use my idea where you can have a weapon that uses L2, and another weapon that uses R2, and then have weapons that use both take both hands.
