Hardcore is honestly how this game should be by Default, just fucking put the HUD back on and its ready to go. At the very least put the damn thing in Quick Play rotation like Clash.

I know man I wish people would but frankly all the people who play Fireteam are too p*ssy to play it and that’s the cold hard truth.

I loved playing Hardcore Hunt as Fireteam for SnippetyIsland1/DarkIsland1’s YT video on it. I’ve always wanted to play it but like Samhain said,

The Fireteam already play this game on easy mode and can’t be assed to try, so don’t want a bigger challenge. It really does suck man honestly.

Ask for a new FT weapon and they’ll go “You want Fries with that?”, ask for even the slightest hint of Pred Gear or a new Ranged Weapon and they’re like “Why are you in my house?”

Honestly, a player like you won’t need all those changes. If you’re in the game i’m thinking about longer interactions (making longer missions) and improve gear number or pig spawn. That should be enough…

Its not enough, not even close. So many things are fundamentally wrong with this game’s balance and they have only been exacerbated by Specializations.

Moralez man I know you’re used to seeing me win, but even I don’t win most private matches when all 4 Fireteam members are Elite and the same high tier as Wolf Mike 1998, @ScOp_StUrMi, @Savage3i3, @jasonth13elder, @PlayStation_sniper @Cptclutch117 @WS6_BANDIDO and all the Elite Snipers etc.

I mean if there is one lesser player in a team of Elites then I’ll probably win around half the matches but if it’s a full team of great players, pushing mission, middair sniping you, constantly healing and finding ammo crates, running multiple Fanatics, Reckless, Leader, Sniper, Duelist for fucking insane damage output to say the least. Frankly when I’m not at my best I don’t know how I win.

The last Private match I played was against 4 Supports

  • A Support Fanatic, a Support Leader and 2 Support Field Medics, camping in a warehouse on Derailed with PDLs. At the point they destroyed all 3 of my Discs I just left because there is no point. They will say it’s just for fun, my answer - “Well it ain’t fuckin fun for me is it?!?”

I may somehow manage to win the occasional game against a team like that in privates but it’s not fun at all and I need to get sweaty asf, not miss a shot, and hit like 4 Disc hits with one throw to have a chance, and I ain’t StUrMi so the Disc isn’t my strongest asset. I prefer to take one guy out with a trap and then use my Bow-Wristblade combos but when you get frustrated by the constant revives and PDLs it is harder to aim and concentrate so, kinda go on a self destruct course.

If people played balanced and fair then we wouldn’t have too much of a problem. But again this game is fucked up so I genuinely have more fun playing other games occasionally than just continuously amusing my friends when they run broken setups in private matches and don’t even have to try to win. Funny part is as soon as I win they get annoyed and get offline.
