Predator Hip Fire & New Perk

All Predator classes be able to hip fire just as the Fire Team is able too. At least the Plasma Caster Pistol and Shoulder Cannon.

Fast reload perk for plasma caster pistol, net gun and yautja bow are needed. Perk cost would be 2 points.

Tracker huh? Dont ask for Pred dogs because:

  1. Illfonic will never put that kind of money in this game.
  2. Fire team mains will bitch and say its op
