plus this is only half the announcement. Since they are gonna release more info next week. could have a shit load more pred stuff (as if he doesnt have enough) the game is getting more tactical and less plug and play. i love how its evolving and how the community is adapting to it.

I have been known to overthink from time to time. However, in this case , the message is quite clear.
I agree with @knuckingfuts. There is a group of people that only show up on or near patch day and talk shit. If you guys dislike the game as much as you portray then perhaps you should do something other than trolling a forum linked to said game.
Or an alternative to that would be to contribute to the community with constructive feedback. Instead of " Nope! Dumb, stupid, omg!!! Why? I havent even tried the new content but I have formed an opinion on it. Waaaaaaah."

We dont know how the emp will work.
If it will force a normal overload condition or it’s own separate and shorter duration. It may have a small blast radius and a high equipment cost. Maybe you only get 2? No one knows at this point so to cry about it before it’s in our hands is a waste of time for everyone.
It’s also a little irritating.
Personally, I think all it will do is disable the Preds traps and decoys for a period of time.
