Came here looking for this. They might, given the Switch 2’s power is comparable to a PS4 Pro. Handheld mode might be a nightmare but docked it would run ok. But honestly I doubt it, look how long it took them to port it to xbox.

Two hours ;) 20 hours ago reddit and twitter was seething because no news was dropped and calling all the leakers liars, even though they said the 16th.
I know, looks sick. So happy to have a decent job the same year a new Nintendo console is dropping.
Since it jus dropped im guessin they havent said the price yet?
No, no price, no release date other than this year. There’s a Direct scheduled for April that I assume will have all of that.

So the main difference besides the size and stuff like that is its got more processing power? Cant lie tho its got me wanting one lol been playin the classic catalog on the switch like turok goldeneye lately

Nooo, its actually very different. Larger screen, magnetic joycons, joycons can be used like a mouse, and the internals are vastly improved, like I said, comparable to a PS4 Pro or Xbox Series S. It out performs the Steam Deck at the very least, and is capable of ray tracing and DLSS upscaling. Its a massive jump compared to the current Switch, and is still very, very impressive despite being weaker than the current gen (let’s not forget how gorgeous AAA titles have been for the PS4 during its lifetime, ie Last of Us, Red Dead 2, etc.).
You nerds, y’all talk about its processing power and then buy games where everything going to be tiny on the screen. Seriously you’ll play AFTE and your player can be covered over with your left thumb
The Switch 2 screen is larger than the current gen, at least over 8”. If you can’t see anything on a screen that size then you have some ocular issues. Also you can dock the switch to play on the tv, in case you didn’t know.
