why is this important well we can see how many players are added, we can see what countries the game is most popular in, and this also gives us an estimate how long this game might last according to the charts this game has only progressed since its release,on a business scale of how many new players there are and how many people bought the game just something to be aware of since the games is going on sale?

The problem with that is that it counts it by trophies earned. For all we know some people could’ve earned one trophy and stopped playing it. So that number is most likely no where near the concurrent player number.

good to know yeah I was curious about that but didn’t know its all based on trophies do you think this counts PC players?

I’m not sure if the epic game store has trophies. So I’m guessing it doesn’t count PC players. But I might be wrong about that.
And yeah it’s all about trophies earned. Which does mean that people played it but again, there’s a lot that factors into it. Some people might have earned one trophy that month and stopped playing, some might be consistently getting trophies and are playing a lot etc.

that’s good to know yeah somethings going on things are just not making sense like why is the game going on sale if the games doing so well in the first year it was released usually this is not a good sign for a game especially when next gen consoles are coming out by the end of the year but this is good to know thanks for letting me know man

Yeah it is concerning. But let’s just hope it helps boost the game. They really should’ve saved the trial and sale when the new map and mode drops imo. But maybe they’ll do another one when that time comes.
I can say though that the interest for this game is very, very low. YouTube views barely peak 1k on average with the exception of blood thirsty lord who gets around 10k and of course the rare times someone like cartoonz uploads he obviously gets a lot more. Same on Twitch, on a good day it’ll have 30 viewers. But most of the time it’s getting beaten by Spongebob battle for bikini bottom for goodness sake. Of course this doesn’t tell us how many people are playing, but it indicates that not many people are interested by the game anymore.
I just hope this game sparks in popularity again and that it grows a stronger playerbase so the game can last a long time. Hopefully September’s update will put the game on the right path again.

100% Agreed that is very well put after these updates ima try to run a tourney and see if that does anything but yeah if Sponge Bob is beating the game that’s not good LOL Im going to use this for a video sometime in the near future Ill give you a shout out Thanks for being super informative this is good to know

It would be nice to see a comparison of PHG with other shooter type games of the first 6 month to see how many people are plsying and what kind of growth there is. Good stuff
