The basic character stats seemingly are ok, I haven’t done shit myself this patch really

The reductions and multipliers are not ok the consider by themselves, personally I think Jelou is right in the case by case statistics but as a final calculation it doesn’t fully translate and for now it’s better to just take note that the additional modifiers to damage exist in processing of final output but not by themselves provide no actual benefit to know

I think some values are not fully identified through float multiplier/addition, hierarchy as far as seeing the full sequence similar to writing out math equations for example and also there might be an issues with tare value which entails that a adjustable parameter that has a lower value range is referencing and adjusting a higher set of variables like 0-1 parameter is maybe adjust something 0.0 - 100.0

I’m not sure if I’ll be able to do anything for a while but I think spec info is good, basic character stats are good

Yea i mean it’s illfonic after all just because they put something in teh code doens’t mean it actually works in game

albeit they said on the “livestream” that they adjusted predator limb damage % like i remember jordan saying something specifcally about the leg so i’d at least assume that works?

after all predators certainly seem tankier than they did before in my games playing fireteam so far (i am obviously not the best fireteam player but even still i win more games than i lose)

though i imagine some of the stuff is going to be broken much like the rest of this fucking spaghetti plate we call a game

Remember that combi throw was cataloged as bullet small caliber damage type on patch 2.5? LMAO

Fair, I will say that their workflow organization wise is concerning, there is a lot of copy and pasting and importing of class data that isn’t fully realized, coding wise seems that most if not all classes are a retrofit to save time, I don’t think it’s to blame 100% but it’s alarming

seems like FT has a damage reduction of 50% for combistick throw damage type, but combistick throw doesn’t have combistick specified as a damage type, lmao

Also noticed something odd about disc damage in private matches as well. If you increase predator damage, the disc still only ever does 125 damage. So it must have its own damage type separate from the rest of the weapons, as well.

combistick damage is 115

You are getting 97 because you are alone and LMS perks are kicking in

One of the LMS perks is 15% damage reduction

115*0.85=97

that has always been a thing. Damage modifier does not apply to the disc, higher or lower. It’s been like that since they introduced modifiers

not talking about perk modifiers, I was talking about match modifiers.

But it’d be interesting. I never tested myself if downrange would affect disc or not

oh okay phew. the disc is pretty much the only “effective” ranged weapon in the game now aside from plasma. quite unfortunate it takes skill and jacked up sensitivity to be good with, along with the risk that every time you throw it the game will crash

I think the smart disc variant has more HP before being destroyed by fireteam, compared to default smart disc

I haven’t directly tested this, but I can confirm through multiple in game encounters with both variants that the default variant has very low hp.

I feel like I’ve knocked predators into second wind multiple times in a round more often.

Looks like its around 3 mins now, was 5 before

So is impatient the new meta perk? Since it basically has medkit perk basekit for second wind

just means it can help pred not die so often in certain situations, not help kill fireteam
