It’s like a never ending train wreck you can’t look away from sadly.
Predator: Hunting Grounds, Stat Values & Guide (Archive)
so I still haven’t found out what the stats are for the new predators (how do you guys even find out such specific numbers?) but I have found something ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE which I will post here so it might help someone else coming into this game, yearning for more info, which is so difficult to find
in some obscure youtube videos, I found a guy who listed some hidden stats which aren’t visible in this guide here, the way in which particular Predators interact with the Modified Reserves trait
I have seen this trait in game before, but an increase in energy regeneration never seemed that appealing to me when there were perks that increased damage or damage resistance. but, the video said that some Predators actually get INFINITE ENERGY with this trait! based on the reviews I have seen on Steam and the whining here on this extremely toxic forum (let’s face it, it is) I assumed that this was a unique ability that only the Bionic Predator had - the ability to use cloak for as long as you want, as well as thermal.
after testing, I can confirm that the City Hunter Predator (my favorite) with the Modified Reserves actually has infinite cloak! it never goes down. it actually regenerates very slowly while cloak is up. thermal is also infinite, but only if you aren’t using cloak at the same time. some Predators have the ability to use both at the same time apparently but I haven’t been able to test this out since I don’t have these classes unlocked yet. this is absolutely insane! my whole gameplay cycle has been revolutionized by this discovery!
also, I have a piece of advice for all of you out there who are looking go earn some quick experience.
after looking online, all I found about earning experience in this game was that it’s good to stretch games out when you’re playing as Predator, to down players but let them get picked back up again, to let the Fireteam reinforce, and to even go for Stealth Kills which are extremely difficult to pull off. nowhere have I found the fact that you can earn ABSOLUTELY FULL EXPERIENCE by playing PRIVATE MATCHES!
here’s how I do it (this is my idea, didn’t find this anywhere):
don’t modify the game settings in any way. this will make sure you earn full experience. by game settings I mean modifying the health or damage of the Fireteam, for example.
choose the Airstrip map. you can choose any map for this, but the Airstirp map has a really good spot that I have used to level up, it’s the bottom hangar on the map, right where the airstrip with the plane is located. what you need to do is jump up onto this bottom hangar. the AI will come after you because it actually can’t do any of the missions, it can only hunt you down. they are always going to cross this small bridge that connects the south hangar to the north one, there is no other way to get up here for them, so you can lay some traps or prepare your favorite ranged weapon and let it rip. if you take Long Claims on all of them, you will earn about as much experience as from a drawn out multiplayer game, which is insane because this match lasts only about two or three minutes. the exact time depends on where the AI spawns and how quickly you reach the hangar. this has let me unlock a lot of Predators and weapons I wanted to try out really quickly, and you can also do it the other way around, selecting the Fireteam. in this case, the Predator won’t spawn at all, and you can do your missions peacefully, earning weapon experience for any weapon which you want to get extended magazines for, so you can use the best version of it in actual multiplayer matches. this is so useful I can’t believe it isn’t talked about more often! hope it helps someone!
I hope you continue to play with this level of enthusiasm. You should prolly try to find the community discord.
Is there any update for this coming i want to see the stats for chopper and the other new characters please
No
Illfonic gave up, so there’s no point. Just play the game if you enjoy it. Stats don’t really matter in a game this unfinished.
for those wondering about the new predators (Scar, Celtic, Chopper)
I bought the dlc just to check their stats because I was curious too, but, I refunded it right after for a reason I will soon explain
First, the specialisations
Scar’s specialisations have been fixed so he now has the normal amount of specialisations. They are as follows
Engraged
Fervent
Stalker
Celtic’s specialisations have also been fixed and they are this
Analytic
Assassin
Focused
Chopper has the specialisations
Disciplined
Ghost
Warrior
As for the other stats, I have no idea how you guys find exact numbers for health, movement speed and the like. What I can tell you, though, is the Gear and Perks points for each of them
Scar has 13 Gear and 10 Perks points
Celtic 11 Gear and 14 Perks
Chopper 12 and 10
Of all three I find that Chopper (shockingly, if you saw the movie) is the most powerful, assuming that you are trying to make a ranged build which is objectively more STRONG than melee. However, that being said, I find that melee is a lot more FUN than ranged because it gives the Fireteam a lot of chances to fight back and always keeps things interesting. In that respect, Celtic and Scar and Chopper are all three amazing because they have useful Specialisations for melee and good health stats with a great amount of movement speed.
As for the reason why I decided to refund the DLC after gathering this data and trying them out a bit, I found a really hilarious visual bug with both Scar and Celtic. What happens is, when they’re in their default poses in customization, their left thigh actually overlaps with part of their armor and clothing. With Scar this is the most noticeable. It looks like a part of his thigh is naked because the net overlaps with it completely. And also a part of the leather material around his waist overlaps with the thigh as well, which creates a very noticeable effect as he does his passive animation, it looks like it pops out and back into his thigh every couple of seconds. With Celtic it’s the same thing but slightly less prominent. With Chopper, this isn’t an issue at all. Maybe this isn’t too big of a deal for you but for me I feel like when the many people designing a new Predator for this game have all unanimously decided “ah who gives a crap” it makes it feel a bit amateurish. I love this game but a bit more attention to the small details like these would make me love it even more. And also, for some reason, the UI says that the stats for all three Predators in this third group DLC pack are the same, but, this isn’t true. I found that, alongside Gear and Perks points, they also have slightly different health stats and movement speeds, at least from my short time testing it.
No

Shows how much they care about balancing the game if all of Choppers stats are actively worse or the same as Scars with no compensatory upside.
Granted I haven’t played since they’ve dropped so for all I know Scar might move like he’s fresh out of a nursing home and Chopper might sprint around like a fucking meth-head, so take it with a grain of salt
Yeah. I’m not sure why they made Chopper so objectively terrible, and Scar is basically one of the best predators that has the Stalker perk.
I’ll add the sprint speeds in a moment. Stuck at an airport, so I figured this forum would be a good way to waste some time. 😆
Btw, Scar is pretty fast. He really has no down side other than perk points.
.3 m/s difference between the two. That’s what they think is good enough balancing to make up for all the stat differences
Lmfao
Btw where you flying to man? Hope you have a safe & enjoyable flight.
Chicago to London. Thanks for the well wishes. ✌️
I think they threw all those stats at random, Scar is S tier, stats might be good but in practice they don’t really help that much, but he is the best stalker overall, even if its by little.
You care enough to reply to someone who’s not interested in hearing nobody cares
Any word on the specific damage values?
There used to be in-depth statistics for it,
I’ work out the exact hit values I’d have and how many hits I’d needa do on the fire team
He’s got the best perks of the three
