Predator is garbage

im pretty sure i saw that one and i agree, didnt he say there was only one map?

Yeah I think he did

There is 1 group of russians playing this game that isn’t literal trash now. just 1. Everyone else quit, 90% after the first and 2nd balance patches. Its unplayable coz FT went from 90% win rate to 100% win rate and that isn’t fun. The game needs to be balanced around mid skill predators and low skill FTs now or people will trickle off quickly, as opposed to slowly after they get better and realise the game is broken.

He will agree vs casuals the game favors pred… vs 500 ft games in favor of just 2 ft members that can keep you off

Are these the same guys I heard about running low graphics/potato mode and using the semi-auto fire and escape net macros (to name a few)?

Nah those guys quit like 2 patches back. Noone currently playing (on stream, I guess there may be 4 solo gamers noones ever heard of that play together) cares about identifying and removing bugs because there is 0 competitive motivation or scene.

Uhh… how exactly can a single Fireteam Member actually kill the Predator @Fire?? Not trying to dig here. Just curious, that’s all.

while your netting his boy you’ll get knifed and shredded like swiss chesse smg’d down like a potato in mere seconds. Good FT dont miss shots and will knife your ass and parry. long range snipe will always keep you off

I always find this a tricky topic. After doing some research on game-balancing last year. I do tend to stick to the side that prefers to listen to the best players first.

The devs have statistics on all the games played. Loadouts, classes, timestamps. The raw meta-data. Combine that with the average opinion and then read up the argumentation of your “pro” players. The ones that have been here from the start.

And then? Really “we” gotta let it go, and let the developers decide. They created a vision for this game, left, right, middle. Doesn’t matter. But the most experienced players know the fine details of how balancing will impact the game. They will give very good suggestions as well.

The average player? Rarely has the feedback needed to make the appropriate changes. And you (I) gotta spend hundreds of hours on game-forums to really let that sink in. That 98% of your effort…? Is gone in vain. Besides that, developers tend to favorite a few people on the forum that give good feedback, they also tend to read up on the feedback others give them.

And I believe - deep down - we all hope we are that person.

Reality…? Well… most of us ain’t.

@YUPPERS… Dude… I learned the hard way on Overgrowth not to engage someone standing there like he’s AFK. I figured it was safe to Claim him after a good 10 Seconds. I went in for the Long Claim and ate a solid helping of .50 Caliber Lead Salads: my Mask was immediately melted. The rest of the match had some very intense Engagements. They removed my ability to hunt down Boars, therefore I couldn’t fully engage.

I didn’t give in and let them get the better of me. The match ended with them Escaping. And me learning a Leason the hard way.

I love matches like that. And these Snipers were all PS4 Players too (I avoid Crossplay due to the Cheating).

The damage from certain guns.
The problem isn’t so much with individual damage, it’s more when you multiply it. But KameOfWar has killed a lot of preds pretty much solo with the AK47
