I played the Predator … got a second chance unnecessarily quickly and the soldiers ran after me with a knife and killed me. What’s wrong with the game? wtf … He needs a buff pls.

If you practice enough you can kill low to below average fireteams so there’s that…but if you play against any decent fireteam pred has no chance so while I do agree with pred buff or fireteam nerf if you practice enough you can at least beat noobs lol idk it sucks they massacred my boy

Wtf are you even talking about… Noobs get rekt in seconds it’s not even funny, far from being any sort of challenge. Good fireteams in the other handd, definitely ask of you to be very careful and actually use your brain. Now Idk what level you are but you’ll learn that the second wind of the predator is more of a death sentence than anything. I guess against a good fireteam you should use it to reposition yourself to have a good bomb thing eventually. In the second wind state you can’t use anything, leap, melee… nothing. Just don’t go down to second wind.
Now the further you go the less things seems that much unbalanced. The game IS unbalanced in so many ways, but I can assure you it is way more complicated than just “Pred sucks” or “Fireteam sucks”. Everybody who plays Predator had bad games, made mistakes etc… The Predators that are now good at the game (I’m not speaking for myself here), are the ones who doesn’t call for “OPness” every time they got their ass kicked.
So do yourself a favor, and upon losing, instead of bringing your childish saltiness, sit down and ask yourself what did you do wrong.

I’ve played so many times but can’t get nothing out of the predator in this game. And i used to be a killer with him in aliens vs predator game. I think a lock button would help in its aproach towards the fireteam. Trap weapons would help as well. If fireteam’s members still close to each other, there’s no chance for the predator in this game. Most players know about this and jump relentlesly on fireteam members to get at least 2 kills before getting killed. It’s so sad! This should be a balanced game for the species. But it’s not yet. Please fix this!

Good fireteams do more then make you use your brain…they can’t be consistently beaten.

Again, @FOXANDbr, quit whining and try to figure out a way that suits you. A lot of people play Hit and Run with the predator. No one is trying to head-but the fireteam 1v4. There is people that can manage the predator well enough to down good fireteams, so if you’re butt hurt that much, means you’re not having a good time, means you’re doing something wrong. That’s it. Go watch some youtube or twitch, see by yourself. Maybe it will show you a predator play style that will suit you.
My point exactly @Snesmore, being unable to “consistently” win, means balance. It means each side win and lose games.

Full charged blaster shots being blocked by fucking leaves. I couldn’t down TWO players who I had clear shots on while reviving another because of fucking leaves. This happened alot

This game is a great idea and the devs are fixing everything little by little and Im so glad!

IN THIS GAME: we play as fireteam, fell like badass, just kill and blow everything and If the predator appears we just shoot or kill him, make him run to heal and go back to the objectives. There’s no need for strategy, no fear of being killed, the predator is a chicken. Can’t kill us from distance, his weapons are a joke, require precise one time shots
IN THE MOVIE: fireteam had to stay alert, in fear, they needed to focus first on the predator cuz it was overpowered, had weapons that could kill them one by one at close range or by distance, so they had to cover all the sides, be smart, walk together.
So, again… this game is a GREAT IDEA, but it needs to be polished. The devs are working on it. keep up with the good work illfonic!

Then you’re definitely doing something wrong. The plasma canon can one shot, if they are stacked you can even kill more than one at a time. I’ve faced good Predators and they weren’t chickens to us. If you feel like a chicken as Predator yourself… well, spend less time crying about it on forums and work on your plays.

If you are so pissed by what I wrote here, You should go out fishing! I’m not a chicken you uneducated kid, I was just giving my opinion about the predator abilities against the fireteam’s.
I didn’t mean to hurt your feelings. Why would I want a kill from a direct shot of the plasma caster? are you in drugs? It was just a way to show the difference between his weapons in the movie against the ones he use in the movies.

Ah yes, the one-hit kill with the plasma cannon that requires a fully charged shot to hit the head of a fireteam member. Good luck ever hitting those in a tense situation or when the soldier is moving in a random and unpredictable manner
It all depends bro I’ve come across great teams and still beat them you have to use your brain my experience is best to get them when they are going against AI. But even the good teams play like noobs they just jump around and hide in the buildings and wait for the chopper
Agree, predator is too weak in this game, its more like “The Fun Predator Hunting”, where you can start hunt on some alien.

When game launch i used to play only predator I learnd much u cant just jump in 1v4 fight u will die but also its hard to play as predator and thats the normal I will agre that hee need some bufs to be predator u must play with head thats the point u are totaly invisible when u crouch there is no chance u will be seen u must also practice to be a good predator try something new in next game explore build ur own build dont watch videos what someone build use ur own test it also it is normal for games like this to be unbalanced game just launch 2 days ago still have some bugs Thats normal they cant fix or buff if they dont see what they need to buff what to nerf.
The thing I think its not fair is that when they call reinforce and in process of that u kill someone he also respawn.1 men die and they call reinforce in that proces I kill 2 people and they respawn to fhats not fair actually.

From what I’ve learned that if fire team stays together you have got to stalk them and you have to wait till they separate to go in and do any damage at all. If they stay together there is no killing anybody. I’m experienced as a predator and now the controls and what wepons to use in different times. I’ve noticed that the fire team gets basically unlimited heals .you find them threw the map the pred gets 2.if you run out you have to kill pigs to regain your health and that’s work if you ask me but at the same time kinda cool . And I fill that the plasma caster is trashhhhhh nerfed way too mutch. Give the pred gear to help seperate the fire team because if you can’t seperate them your not winning as pred no matter how good you are.

You do know you have to HOLD the sprint button, right? And if you really want to win, jump on the goddamn OP bandwagon and hit level 44. Then simply run Berserker/Combistick. Works for literally anyone, even those that are mentally incapacitated. So busted, it’s not even funny. I don’t recommend it though, given as it SUCKS to play against that build as fireteam.
Sucks to use him too, imo. I deff prefer the Hunter and Scout. Zerker just too slow for me. But I deff realize he’s a beefy boy. Came across quite a few today who chewed us up.
Yeeeesssss… you definitely NEED to hit the head with the plasma canon, one of the reason why you can down multiple FT members at once if they are too close from each other… There’s tons of videos out there that shows that it is working. It require a fully charged shot, yes, but certainly doesn’t require you to hit the head, in fact if you hit slightly off the target (slightly, not few meters away) it will still works.
And @FOXANDbr I’m not pissed by your comment at all, I’m just making of the crybabies like you who comes in here to complain that the predator do not allow them to go all in 1v4. And from your last reply, I can confirm, it is funny.
