nope. pred is really in a good place now. i have no problem in taking teams. and if they suck its just a joke.

in the earlier game aliens vs predator, the laser cannon automatically targeted the aliena soldiers alone, it’s hard to track them down because they run fast, why they didn’t do it with soldiers to be a hunter and not their soldiers, there are more
If you have to play for days to get good as predator as you put it but only have to play a couple matches to get good as fireteam then I’m sorry but that’s bad balancing.
this is a different game.
no because playing as firetem is just like any other shooting game, everyone is already used to that play style. run-gun and do stuff. its easy, nothing to learn.
Where as pred u have to learn:
How to move, leap, climb, dismount, etc (where to not get stuck)
What weapons fit what situations and my play style?
When do i stand still and when do I move?
Should I go for a quick kill now or wait untill they are crowded around with AI also.
Shall i go for that claim now or wait till they move on?
Do i have enough energy and health to make this ground slam work and escape?
theres like a billion things different about playing pred to any other shooting game.
Just keep practicing. it also depends on the fireteams skill and cooperation. if you get a heavily split up team then its too easy. if you get a pre-made squad of 4 friends on mics, with the proper loadouts to compliment eachother. its really tough as the pred.
Its fine, it just has a higher skill floor.

Again it’s not about the play style it’s about the kit each side has. Compare everything the FT has and can do to what the predator has and can do and tell me it’s balanced with a straight face because I know you can’t. Can predator get revived in 10 seconds with back up? No. Can predator track the fireteam as easily as the FT can track pred? No. The list goes on. It doesn’t take as long as you make out to get a hang of the play style. There’s nothing complicated about the predator. In fact it tells you nearly everything you need to know in the tutorial.
I don’t know about if it comes down to what kit but I don’t care what can you using I’ll still kill you lop
If I have even just a semi decent fire team then I doubt it. Unless you plan to spam plasma caster the whole game lmfao.
