How would you feel about a Predator having the option a long range projectile scope equal up to 10x like the sniper rifles?

I just want an effective weapon for taking out the Derailed rooftop Karens, like an airstrike or nuke.

A plasma rifle is in the Predators aresenal, I hope we get one in the game too. It can be balanced.

The predator has the ability to quickly relocate and or escape the FT’s LoS. Not the same for the FT. In other words… give both sides sniper weapons and the only way to defend from a predator sniper is to out-snipe them. Thus adding to the problem by encouraging the whole FT to be snipers and every game would become a sniper war. A PC predator would also make quick work of any potato fireteam without every exposing themselves. Thus creating more toxic tactics and nothing closing resembling a hunt.
There needs to be a ranking system to help balance this game and a penalty for quitting. As you move up the ranks, weapons you are allowed to use become more restricted, enticing more hunt-like and honorable engagements to be made. Finish the season at a certain rank level and get cosmetic rewards to show off and even some unique weapons/equipment/call outs/etc.
I also feel like the melee combat system needs to be a bit more complex and skill based rather than just spanning one button. A hand to hand fight between all 4 FT members and the predator would be pretty cool with a bit more complex hack 'n slash system.

Definitely food for thought, could also be applied for reconstructing the melee system…a Predator with a heavy attack… oof
Give Predators the Speargun, and zoom function. Even the jungle hunter could zoom without a special scope.
Yeah it’s called Combistick throw lol. I don’t mean adding a heavy attack option though, but more along the lines of how the players interact in melee combat. Like here’s an idea… If a FT member pulls out the knife, they go into third person mode like the Predator. FT members could block light attack, roll-dodge heavy attacks, and counter a grapple. A predator could grapple a fireteam member, much like a claim, and tear them apart but exposes them to an animation they’re locked in unless the Predator takes a certain amount of damage (from nearby FT members) to free the FT member from taking further damage or being killed.
This attack would encourage players to stay together because if you were caught alone, and once you get grappled, that’s it. No way to escape the Predator gutting you and ripping out your spine in what should have been a stealth kill. Last man standing would enable honor rules and predator grapple is disabled. Lots of potential in mixing hack’n’slash elements with a shooter but I feel like there was a huge missed opportunity here. The climax of the movie was one man going toe-to-toe with the predator with nothing but a knife and his fist, not standing on a roof with a sniper rifle.

Grappling a FT member sounds interesting but it sounds a little OP
Although most FT players don’t separate to often to begin with
It would be better if Pred could grab them to use them as shields then toss back knocking whomever down temporarily

He had that option in avp. Which was what evs. I’d like to be able to zoom in though. Since he did that in the movie.
Also, does the sound bar actually move based on vocals or is it just an animation?
I really like your ideas but look what illfonic is making with new patches, they fuck the game up and they lie with “fixed problems”.
New feature, weapons, mods and maps => many special illfonic-bugs
I like the game, but i really dont like theire developer team, because the game is not even in beta-phase.
