All increase damage by 15% I believe.

Fervent only works while all 4 fireteam are alive and stading

Stalker only works if your stamina is full.

Tactician only works if someone is trapped or interacting, meaning reviving or doing objetives, mudding too I guess.

Stalker is the best if you are gonna focus on shooting plasma from far, since plasma is the best weapon in the game, its the meta yes. Spear and bow do great damage with it, if you get someone trapped they are done, most ft classes will get down with 2 arrows, support with 3. 3 arrows to finish them while they are down. Best option for Elder.

Fervent is better if you want to try to get up close against the fireteam, like to do combi throws or some arrow shots, at least you have a better chance of getting the first kill due to the increase damage and you don’t have to worry about your stamina being full. I like to use on my 87’.

Tactician is very situational and you might not have the opportunity to use the extra damage but might be the best option for 97’. Can be usefull to give extra damage against field medics while they are reviving.

thats a given… but what about fervent… is it more or less. The way i see it is more defense with offense specializations seems vs death squads…

Correct.

On a tree from far you will be but then you will probably have to change position after the first shot, since top fireteam players can deduce the branch you are from the direction the plasma shot came from.

It can be, but peeking shots with dithered lens and using the trees to move keeps you from being totally immobile. Obviously, it won’t help predators that like to leap a lot.

Also, others have said the smart disks work very well with stalker.

I’ve fought top fireteams… its been 5months off off time started last week again. I was kinda just thinking fervent just for that first down… no matter what you do its more dmg. And running downrange may be a wasted slot

literally the diff between fervent and tactician is one less arrow shot

fervent is so good to even the odds early… no matter what you do its more dmg… no need for dominos to line up. Screw playing elder into death squads… his limp wrists cant handle the pressure

Fervent is also great with Disc tbf, you can constantly maneuver, down Fireteam members, let them pick each other back up, down the one which is reviving the other and repeat the process. Basically making them run out of resources faster than they can get them.

yah… fervent inmo is superior. Getting the first ft member down as soon as possible. Disc is dmg and it requires 2 hits no matter what on tanks… So disc dmg does not matter for specializations. The most retarded part i hate is how the damages arnt different
Tacticain should be 20 percent
Fervent should be 15
Stalker should be 15
Ghost should be 25- melee does less dmg…what i mean is melee sucks and this could buff it on first attack
(the parry counter should be 35

Tactician is my choice for trapper build.
Hunter class, Fast hands perk, Fearless perk, Netgun and Sickle.
Net ft, fast change to Sickle, 2-3 hits and he is done.
Trapped is dead already…

trapper with disc its endless

Traps are limited, I don’t want rely only on them, even with big pouch. Netgun is more flexible. Sickle has good targeting and dmg.

traps vs death-squads… net gunning is gonna get you killed.

I don’t want to create my builds around fear of deathsquads. I want to have fun and give it to ft too.
Anyway for the deathsquads I have another load out and build

when i type in the forum about FTs it only about deathsquads

They are exception as in any other pvp game. Also a lot of experienced players already know their nicknames and they can just leave the lobby if they are afraid
