Predator melee combo stamina bug

I’m running a hunter class with adrenal boost perk and some kind of bug is causing the predator’s stamina regen to greatly slow down for seemingly no reason. It can take up to 30 seconds to fully charge stamina. I’ve had it happen after a second wind and thought maybe the predator would be temporarily tired. Nope, it’s also happened while at 80% health.
