It often happens that Predator’s stamina is not regenerating properly, its happening very very slowly, you have to wait ~10 seconds to have enough for R1 jump.

I can confirm this.
Sometimes it is quick af, less than 5 seconds, other times it takes like 10-30 seconds to refill from empty and it doesnt matter if I stand still, crouch or walk, cloaked or uncloaked.
Im on PC.
Yeah, this guy added more details, same as fpr him, no matter what i do or state im in, its start filling slowly, and that lasts till end of match.
im on ps4 btw.
