What happens are predators will save the net gun just for the exfil, and it’s just trashy no skill play at that point. Sure with a good coordinated team it’s counterable, but it’s terribly annoying when playing with randoms, and you end up being alone going for the chopper, just to get cheesed for your effort.
Oops. Had a match with Venn earlier and I pushed too hard and got my dumbass claimed. I started rooting for him as they pushed the exfil, but he was just a touch to late. In the lobby I may have suggested he net gun them next time, 🤣.

Against a squad of PS potatoes, I would agree, that’s pretty low. But against a coordinated PC death squad, sometimes you can’t get an angle on these guys the whole game. Sometimes no boars spawn either… Do what you gotta do man. As long as you can keep them from claiming your corpse or escaping.
One time I was a few shots from death, second wind was on cooldown, and I was out of nets, mask was shot off…no traps, no med kit… Only my claws and elder sword and plasma, which if I were to use would only get me sniped. I wasn’t going to survive a last dance with them, so I hopped in just after they called the chopper and was flooded with AI… They downed me as soon as they did, so self destruct was all I could do. They all died. This was before I started recording games sadly.
Hilarious for the predator, sure. But if you want anybody to take the game seriously, these kind of mechanics look bad. Just like predators that set off alarms at the beginning of the match.

Respectfully disagree. I think the mechanics that really cause problems are just some of the basic design choices in the game. Like short rounds and missions, reinforcement as it exists today, Predator getting killed as a result of dumb fucking locked animations, etc 🤷♀️ Just my opinion though, I do see where you’re coming from
Solo que means with randos not inna 1v1 situation but a 1v1 melee I bet he’ll win

I guess I always had the idea in my head that the predator is looking for a challenging battle between the toughest prey and itself. Not looking for pray that has been damaged, then going for an easy kill. However, I understand it’s a game and you have to allow players to hunt there own way.
