I mean I don’t think many ppl see that you say what you do cause of your results.
But I do good, beaten good premades, and still see that its unbalanced.
I dont know if you remember, probably not, but I’ve only stated calling fireteam op after I started playing it.
And it isnt even the ft themselves.
It’s some of their guns.
We dont have balance atm.
I honestly just want to have everything be like the movies, or let’s make it more action flashy combat.
Arcadey as ppl like to call it. This middle ground we have atm is atrociously in favor of ft.
Ft literally does not have to try.
I agree about the really short missions. Many of the missions take some time and are AI heavy.
Illfonic should remove missions that take less than 4 min, and buff the damage of AI again, but cut the numbers in half. That way you can’t ignore the AI, but they also won’t overrun the fireteam while the predator attacks and the predator would want to kill the AI because they might take significant amount of damage, too.
I think that’s pretty good
Twice since it was buffed I’ve watched the AI demolish a team. Once they even second winded the Predator.
Before the AI get any more damage buffs, I’d like to try FT vs FT. I’m much more interested in how that damage translates.
Lmao. Make up your mind. One day you get headshot by a bow as recon so you start complaining about the DPS of bow. Next day it’s “pred shouldnt be fighting the injured or need AI.”
What exactly is the only approved high skill ceiling challenging battle in this game? Pred pre-charging casters around corners waiting for FT to burn through heals? Bunnyhopping uncharged bow shots?
That’s why there should be way fewer AI. But if they are very damaging, neither the FT or the predator can ignore them.

I don’t recall the headshot thing, but I do remember complaining about the DPS of the plasma pistol, and they fixed that. Right now I feel like weapon damage values are in a good place because scout and recon now have viable perk choices.
I’m not against giving them more realistic damage, but with their current programming I don’t like the idea. Once the AI are a bit more refined and don’t always know we’re you are, it might be a good change.
Like I said, if we do get to do human and human violence, we will all have a better idea of want the AI should do. I feel their current damage values are close to what damage we’d inflict on each other.
I do appreciate you’re balance by lessening, but feel lowering their numbers acts as an unintentional nerf to their value to the Pred as a distraction. AI create openings while FT are distracted.

Slasher, uf they had ft vs ft you and a lot of other ft mains would hate it. You already hate the dps of the pred, if you had to face the dps of the ft, you would never play vs the ft.
Theres quite a few good snipers on ps.
You ran into them, youd quit that mode,forever.
Then you might see that its unbalanced but uh ya. It would take a miracle for the blinds ones to see that ft op.
More specifically, some ft guns lol.

I think you’re view, of my view is skewed. I agree some FT guns are unnecessarily powerful. The recent patch makes Pre-made’s disgusting and can even be unbalanced in public with random’s. It is not inherently imbalanced in public matches. When it is, it has more to do with individual loadouts than the player’s themselves.
There is a huge skill gab on top of that that makes it even murkier, and makes that last line in the previous paragraph easily attacked and hard to defend.
The balance is off or bad right now, but not overall.
PS. The dps of the Pred is balanced against an Assault not a scout. They gave me a class skill that makes me an easy down, to top it off.

Plus, I’m gonna murder the fuck out of people with my 1011-12. Can’t say I’m too worried about the snipers, map knowledge is my ally.
I can always turn off crossplay if PC has any real advantages. Didn’t have much trouble against PC players today, never turned crossplay off after deleting my save.
I’m a predator main. But when I want more currency I play FT and dude sometimes it feels like I’m playing a private match with four people and the pred is non-existent

I dont think it’s too bad for recon or scout, simply because it balances out their speed.
But honestly man, I just wish wed fully embrace the movies and lore, when it comes to gear and damage, or, fully embrace a stronger, flashier combat system and mechanics.
Which I would prefer to be honest.
If everyone became stronger, we could all get more cool shit.
Like elemental effects.
Cause personally I think the status effects we have are too weak. But, I get why, cause anything stronger and its be broken.
I would love to be able to add different elemental properties to my pc.
I know it’s not lore friendly, but flashy and cool are fun as hell.
I just hope pred gets some more mechanics to put him on pat with ft dps.
That’s all I can really hope for at this point.

Future modes will likely have you covered… can’t promise elemental effects for Predator. FT is likely to get a couple though, fire and cold related. 😂
Tomorrow we should get a game. Find a group of forum users on PS4 and have some fun for a couple hours.
I’m not too big on doing repeated private matches with the same rotation, but I dont mind doing like 2 or 3.
I’m also open to anyone wanting to vs my pred.
I do pretty decent on ft too tho.
But I’m definitely down to team up for a while and run around doing pubs in a full party xD.
But if you wanna play tho and just have fun fkn around in pubs, just send me a request. If I’m not doing anything il definitely join xD.

Bullshit one PC shot and I was nearly dead granted I stood still to try to get those shots in but still 10/10 predator OP nerf it to the ground.
