Predators need to be nerfed

I can’t even play as a fireteam. There’s no skill needed to win as the predator even going against a high level. The only recent times I won was because the predator just didn’t do anything

Ugh, obviously you are new so let me set the record straight, Fireteam has all the meta atm, you wouldn’t know because you haven’t been around long enough, all I’m gonna recommend is looking up builds and experiment with classes

Best advice I can give to a starting player is not to be afraid to pull the trigger. I see a lot of people complaining about hoppers, plasma, disc, whatever. The only thing I look down upon is axe usage. The rest can be countered by competency and knowledge. If you see the pred up in the tree charging a caster shot, the first thing you need to do is determine if you are in a position to properly and safely engage. Do you have direct line of sight and/or line of fire? Are you close enough to cover to utilize said cover in case you need to avoid the shot. If you answered no to any of these questions, then you probably need to regroup. Your teammates may leave something to be desired. Worst case scenario, use them as bait to gain an advantage. Most people can tell whether or not they have the advantage just by how the pred chooses to engage, or not engage at all. Same can be said for the Fireteam.

Try to minimize the amount of time you’re exposed in the open. If you need to expose yourself, do it as quickly and quietly as possible to avoid catching the preds gaze. If he spots you and engages, you need to do something, anything. Don’t sit there and shiver not knowing what to do. Just DO SOMETHING. ANYTHING. Anything is better than doing nothing in a tight situation.

TLDR: If you’re in a tight spot, don’t panic. Do something. Something is better than nothing.

They need to add some more content for fireteam is what we need and for the love of god i would kill for a new weapon that is actually somewhat good. Their previous additions i dont see anyone using cause they are terrible. Would love some new perks and a new class. Minimum thats all i want
